A smoother conversation

When you contact us, describe what happened, the app version, your device model, and the approximate time of the issue.

For a purchase concern, have your app user ID and store order reference available. Share these only in a private support conversation.

Do not send passwords, full card details, or private chat content. Support requests are handled by the Rovio team.

Manage subscription renewals through the store where you purchased your plan. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
